Our hanging rope options are selected based on the ground-to-ceiling height you provided during item selection. We recommend measuring twice, ensuring the ropes shipped with your order are appropriately sized for your installation space.

Because these ropes are cut and prepared specifically for each order, they are considered custom and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you need a different length after receiving your order, replacement rope kits in alternate sizes may be purchased to better suit your space.
