Order Issue: Damaged, Broken, or DefectiveUpdated 5 hours ago
Damaged Items
Receiving a damaged item after eagerly awaiting its arrival can be incredibly frustrating. Our craftsmen take great care in preparing every order for shipment, investing in high-quality packaging materials and conducting thorough quality inspections to help ensure safe delivery, regardless of the shipping carrier.
Despite these efforts, shipping damage can occasionally occur. When it does, our Customer Support Specialists are here to help. Our goal is to provide a resolution within 1–5 business days, although some cases may require additional review and take longer to resolve.
Every damage claim is unique, but most issues fall into one of the categories below.
Damage to the Packaging
Not all packaging damage means the product itself has been damaged. Shipping boxes can sometimes arrive with dents, tears, or holes while the contents inside remain secure and unaffected.
If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer box, please carefully inspect all contents before submitting a support ticket. Taking a few moments to verify the condition of the product can help us assist you more quickly.
Damage to One or More Parts
If your package appears intact but you discover damage after unpacking—such as a broken slat, dented component, or damaged armrest—we're here to help.
Our Customer Support Specialists can often provide replacement parts or, in some cases, offer a partial refund in lieu of a replacement.
When submitting a claim, please include:
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Clear photos showing the damaged area(s)
These photos help us file claims with the shipping carrier and identify the correct replacement parts. Most replacement parts ship within 2 business days once approved.
To get started, please Submit A Ticket
Please report all shipping damage within 30 days of the original delivery date so we can assist you as quickly and effectively as possible.
For additional information, please review our product warranty policy.
Damage to Freight Shipments
Some of our larger and higher-value products are delivered via freight service. Because freight shipments require a signed delivery receipt, it is extremely important to inspect the shipment before accepting delivery.
Your phone camera is one of the best tools for protecting your claim rights. Before signing any paperwork, take photos of:
- All sides and corners of the packaging
- Any scratches, dents, punctures, or dirt marks
- The product itself, even if no damage is visible
We recommend taking at least 2–4 photos of the shipment, even if everything appears to be in perfect condition.
If the item arrives in a condition you are not willing to accept, refuse the shipment and clearly note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt. Afterward, keep a copy of the signed receipt and your photos, then submit a support ticket so our team can assist you.
