From time to time, an item may become unavailable due to material shortages or temporary production pauses from the craftsman or manufacturer. When this happens, the item will be marked as "Out of Stock" on our website and will remain unavailable until production resumes.

We understand how disappointing it can be when an anticipated restock date changes. While we do our best to provide estimated availability dates, these timelines are based on information supplied by our manufacturers and are subject to change. Factors such as material availability, production schedules, shipping delays, and warehouse processing times can all affect when an item becomes available again. Because of these variables, we can generally provide only estimates and cannot guarantee specific restock dates.

We do not have a general list for alerting our customers when out-of-stock items come back to our site, so we recommend ensuring marketing emails are active, alongside checking periodically.
