How Production Timing Works

Business Days Only

All production and shipping timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.

Your order begins processing the next business day after it is placed.

Each product has an estimated production time based on the craftsman or manufacturer building your item.

• Estimated production times are shown directly on each product page
• These timelines reflect how long it takes to build and prepare your item for shipment
• Once production is complete, your order will ship and tracking information will be provided

Important Factors That May Affect Timing

Some custom options may extend production time, including:

• Clear coats or protective finishes
• Custom fabric or color selections
• Upgraded materials or hardware
• Other made-to-order modifications

If an option affects production time, it will be reflected in the product’s estimated lead time.

Shipping Time (After Production)

Once your order leaves the warehouse or craftsman, delivery typically takes:

• 2 to 6 business days depending on your location

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
