If we need to ship freight, all of our products will include free curbside freight delivery. This means your order will be delivered to the end of your driveway, and you will be responsible for unloading the item from the freight truck and inspecting it upon arrival.

Any additional services requested at the time of delivery, such as assistance moving or placing the item in a specific location, may result in additional charges billed directly by the freight carrier.

In some cases, these additional charges can include storage fees if a delivery cannot be scheduled or completed within their allowed holding period. This typically occurs when the carrier is unable to reach the recipient to arrange delivery.

If you believe you were charged in error or have questions about a billing charge, please submit a support ticket. Our Specialists will review the details with the carrier and help clarify any associated fees.
