If your order is still in production 

We do work to accommodate every request as quickly as possible. Shipping addresses are able to be updated at no additional cost up until the date the order is prepared to ship. You can Submit A Ticket to request any changes to the shipping details of your order, and our Specialists will confirm via email within 1 Business day of receiving your request.

If your order has already shipped 

We will work to update your address with the carrier as soon as your request is received. There is a $20.00 fee associated with each package (For FedEx Ground, Freight will require a new quote) requiring an address change while in transit. This associated fee is assessed by the carrier, and not for profit of ThePorchSwingCompany.com. Payment will need to be collected prior to processing the address change with the carrier. You can Submit A Ticket to request the change to your in-transit shipment(s), and an invoice for payment will be sent via email as soon as possible.

Please note depending on what stage of delivery (pickup, transit, or out for delivery) your order is currently in transit, a change of address might not be possible. If they are unable to update the address prior to your order being delivered the $20.00 ground fee will be refunded in full. We can then attain a quote for you to have the item picked up and re-delivered to the new address.

If the address change requires changing states, we will have to cancel and reorder to the correct state, due to state tax collection.
